At Creolab Store, we aim to provide a simple and worry-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy 10-Day Return & Replacement Policy on all items.
10-Day Easy Returns
All products are eligible for return within 10 days from the date of order fulfilment.
If you wish to return an item:

The product must be in good condition.

The item should be returned with its original packaging.

A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
No photo or additional documentation is required to initiate a return.
Requests made after 10 days from the fulfilment date will not be accepted.
10-Day Replacement Policy
Replacements are available within 10 days from the fulfilment date.
Replacement is applicable only for the exact same item originally ordered.
If you require a different size (for example, a larger mask size), you may mention your preferred size in the description box while submitting your return request.
Once the returned item is received, the replacement will be processed promptly.
How to Initiate a Return or Replacement
To start a return or replacement:

Enter your order number and the email address or phone number used during checkout.

Select the item you wish to return.

Choose your preferred resolution (refund or replacement).

Submit your request.
Once submitted, you will receive confirmation of your return request and further instructions.
Refund Process

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received.

The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Returns requested after 10 days from the fulfilment date are not eligible.
