4. Returns & Refunds

Masks are non-returnable due to hygiene and customization reasons. However, replacements are available for damaged or defective items if reported within 48 hours with proof.

Other products are eligible for return or replacement within 7 days if unused and in original condition.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 15 business days after approval.
